Eine grafische Anzeige von Live-Marktdaten über mehr als 600 öffentlich gehandelte Gesellschaften. Bei der Kartendarstellung wird eine innovative Technik der Informationsvisualisierung eingesetzt. Auf diese Weise wird ein komplexes Mosaik erzeugt, das zu einem schnellen Überblick über Marktaktivitäten verhilft. (...) Ein neuer Algorithmus führt zu einer effektiveren Skalierung einer bereits vorhandenen Visualisierungstechnik, der TreeMap („Baumdarstellung“). Die daraus resultierende transparente Ansicht des Marktes wird von sehr vielen Finanzinstituten und Investoren eingesetzt.
