Abstract

A matrix of up to 25 tubes visualizing electromagnetic waves that can be triggered by certain wavelength activities, e.g. by cell phones. The installation reflects aspects of a mobile society in using devices as an essential part of everydaylife. Visualizing electromagnetic waves is confronting the user with the otherwise invisible surrounding ubiquitous data.
