Software: The system requires a web browser that supports at least Java 1.2 (e.g., Netscape 4.5). The Conversation Map is written in the Java and Perl programming languages and comprises about 14K lines of code.
Hardware: The system can be run on a conventional PC with a clock speed of at least 233Mhz or above and with at least 64Meg of RAM.
