Abstract

Leon Cmielewski is an Australian artist who works with Josephine Starrs. Their film, video and new media works have been shown extensively in Australia and internationally. They have worked together on several projects including 'The User Unfriendly Interface', 'Diagnostic Tools for the New Millenium', 'Bio-Tek Kitchen', a computer game patch, 'Dream Kitchen', an interactive stop-motion animation published on CD-ROM and the short video 'a.k.a.'.
Cmielewski lectures at the School of Communication, Design and Media, University of Western Sydney.
